**Abstract**

**This theory takes a new approach in its interpretation of Newton’s Universal Law of Gravitation through its reevaluation of the fundamental laws of physics, i.e. Newton’s Laws of Motion, the three force laws governing the selective interactions between electric charges, magnetic fields, and masses, in addition Special and General Relativity, and Maxwell’s Equations in order to define and delineate a new unique force, The Force of Inertia. This force concept and its relationship to the three known force interactions coupled with this theory’s Principle of**

**Uniformity and Maxwell’s Equations will clearly outline and predict the existence of Transverse Gravitational Waves, Dark Matter, and Dark Energy. The theory will likewise propose laboratory experiments designed to reveal the existence and verify the properties of these waves. A consequence of this theory is the refutation of the cosmological assumption that gravity is the only dominant force acting over galactic distances, the refutation of the requirement of a space time continuum necessary for the propagation of transverse gravitational waves, and the prediction of gravitational currents and circuits in deep space suitable for creating the structure of the universe as we currently know it.**
